information about users during their participation in certain
activities on our websites, including forms, and online
shopping. In order to utilize certain portions of our websites,
users must provide certain voluntary information about
themselves. Online shoppers will need to provide additional
informtion during the shopping process, credit card information
is gathered only by our payment processing system located
on a secure server.
Upon request,
we will remove users (and their information) from our database
or permit them to "opt-out" of any further e-mail

we do not specifically seek to obtain any information from
children, there are certain areas of our websites that

Online
Shopping:
You may order from us online through our secure shopping
cart using American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa
or by ACH (Electronic Check). Your online payments are processed
securely by our credit card processing provider, Payment
Resources International.
Direct online shopping is available for delivery to international
addresses outside the USA upon confirmed shipping agreement*
and payment verification.
*Shipping agreement: Customers receiving orders shipped
outside the USA will receive a statement of shipping cost
by email that must be confirmed before the order is processed
for shipment.
Please do not email us your credit card information as
we cannot guarantee the security of this process.
**Fax and Mail Orders:
If you prefer you can place an order
by mail or fax. Mail and fax orders can be made by using
our online shopping cart then choosing the "Pay By Fax
or Mail" option. Print the form then complete the credit
card information and sign the form. If using the mail option
you can also include a check or money order. Shipping on
orders sent to locations outside of the continental US
will be calculated upon receipt of the order. We will notify
you by email or phone of the total charges including shipping.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without
notice. Typographical errors in the descriptions or pricing may
rarely occur. The buyer will be notified of errors that would
significantly effect the item or the purchase price and will be
given the option to cancel the order.
Coupons:
Coupons can be used only once. If a coupon
amount is in excess of the purchase sub-total, only the amount
of the purchase sub-total will be discounted.
Return Policy:
We have high standards for our products
because we want you to be happy with your purchase. In the event
that you are ever unhappy with a purchase from Block Party Studios,
Inc., we encourage you to contact us,
so that we can correct the problem.
We do not, however, accept returns or give refunds on panties (item#199U).

Shipping and Handling Rates Valid
only in the Continental U.S.
Block Party Studios will confirm shipping
method/rates for orders outside the United States and contact
customers from Alaska and Hawaii with orders that total
over two pounds to arrange for shipping preference and
adjust their charges for shipping and handling accordingly.
Delivery outside the USA: We manually compute shipping
costs and notify customers by email the total order amount
with the shipping cost included for customer confirmation
before we ship. We ship outside the USA via United States
Postal Service (8-11 business days delivery time) unless
instructed otherwise.
