Thinking Spring at Block Party Studios
As April showers make way for May flowers....all of us here at Block Party would like to take a moment to wish you a Happy Easter. In the day and age we live in, one quote I think conveys the magnitude of resurrection is....

What have we been doing here at Block Party you ask? Well, to start, Patti & Sue just got back from "The International Quilt Festival" in Chicago, a big thanks to all how attended, please mark it on your calenders next year in April.
Next Stop? Paducah, Kentucky or bust!!
We will packing Dani & Sue, stuffing the van full of all your favorites and heading out to participate in "AQS Quilt Week". If you will be in the "Blue Grass" state April 22nd-25th, this is a must see! Stop by our booth #1818 and say HI to our girls!

Paper Piecing anyone? Check out "Little Bits, Spring" by Cindi Edgerton. It's sew pretty we've decided to kit it up just for you! This pattern will make two 19"x43" quilts. (Fabric in kit will make one.) |
As May approaches it sends all of us here at Block Party in to a slight frenzy making sure all of the finishing touches are in place on our new designs for release at Spring Market which is in Minneapolis, MN this year. I can't tell you all that we have in the works, but maybe just a little, if you promise not to Dani! First off, the pattern for our "Just Dance" panel is just about done, maybe we'll let you have it a little sooner than market!
As asked for, we have new patterns for "Inside A Quilter's Mind" and we also will have a little something for "The Men In My Life". We a few new panels in the works, one of which I'll give you a BIG HINT, We will be adding on to one of most popular series? Any Guesses? There will be a # VI after it...but which one?? You'll have to wait & see!!
